e largely stayed flat over the first few weeks of 2019. The largest move over the past week was Chicago-Linden, which saw a decrease of 6.9%. U.S. Class I intermodal volumes were down 9.1%, which is worse than the 4-week average of -8.6%. The railroad that saw the biggest decline was Union Pacific. We expect that the Phase 1 U.S.-China trade deal to help intermodal volumes rebound.
